Can't access USPS Priority Mail when preparing Shipping Label

My listing specifies USPS Priority Mail.  My Buyer selected USPS Priority Mail.   When I enter package info (weight and package dimensions), it defaults to UPS Ground Saver, which neither me nor my Buyer selected.  The only USPS option offered is USPS Ground Advantage.  USPS Priority is faintly visible, with Buyer Selected noted, but unavailable for purchase.   What gives???

I use USPS Priority all the time, with no problem.  I was able to process a USPS Priority label earlier today, but am unable to do so for this order.

Anyone else having this problem???

Make sure you select custom packaging and not priority packaging (which requires that the dimensions match the priority packaging available).
