When a customer buys more than 1 item, the system gives me an error when attempting to leave positive feedback. Is this a known issue or am I not doing something correctly?

Others have run into the same problem with multiple-item transactions.
As a workaround, try leaving feedback for those transaction here:

from the seller hub 'feedback' box, click on 'leave feedback'
