I tested a draft listing. I could not see either ground option when I tried to select a service first. I use the business tool/advanced listing form.
Then I used the calculator and was able to select retail ground. It did not put this service into my selected service, but then the service was available on the list for me to select. So try playing around with it - it is still there.
eBay is trying to phase out ground options since it is difficult to predict delivery times, and delivery times can be long.
