I recently refunded a buyer after the item was lost in mail , I filed a missing mail claim with usps and after 3 weeks, the buyer requested a refund and ebay advised me to pay , I file a claim to usps for the cost of the item per ebay instructions, yesterday the item was received by te buyer according to the tracking nmber and email the buyer to return the card, I ask ebay to step in and was told the case was closed. What are my options?
