COULD NOT ADD POSTAL CODE IT SAYS INVALID

 i will try to add new shipment address but the site does not accept the postal code. I tried several ways like only 5digit, 4 digit and with CA. but always says its invalid. pls help me about it. could not add new postal address.

changed the city placentia rather than anaheim. and it accepts.
