Buyers overrides my shipping choice

I list a  flat rate shipping fee USPS Ground Advantage. How is it possible for a buyers to override my choice to Priority? When they do that I lose money. Can I override their preference bak to Ground Advantage?

The buyer can only select what the seller offered.

Check the listing.  Did you offer two services in the listing?  Are you sure you listed it as Ground Advantage only?

You should ship based on what is offered and selected in the listing.
