Buyers overrides my shipping choice

I list a flat rate shipping fee USPS Ground Advantage. How is it possible for a buyers to override my choice to Priority? When they do that I lose money. Can I override their preference bak to Ground Advantage?

My items were pulled for violating the ivory policy. They are NOT ivory -- a hot needle penetrates them.Do I have any recourse? 26 years on ebay.

two "payouts on hold" conflicting ebay messages

Ebay sent a message that payouts were on hold until I updated my bank information. This is the same bank information they have had for 25 years. Anyway, I updated and got a message "bank information updated." Payouts are still on hold. Very frustrate...

My second listing for an identical item is supopsed to become visible when my first items receives a bid. My item received a bid two days ago, and the second item is still not visible.
