Buyer would like a refund

So the buyer bought a portable DVD player for the car and now they want to return it because they don't have a car

Yes. But the listing was not miss leading or anything. So I'm confused on why you would buy an item for your vehicle if you don't have one.

What was the reason the buyer gave in the Return Request?

What was the date of the purchase?

Sorry to ask so many questions, but it is pertinent to how you need to handle the request.

Because they don't have a car. And June 27th and paid for on the first I have till the 8th to do something

They "don't have a car" is not listed as one of the reasons a buyer can choose when filing an Ebay Return Request. If they do not have a valid reason for the return, you can decline it.

i cannot find the listing...does your listing specify that you do not accept returns?

They put that it wasn't what they order but told me in a message it's because they don't have a car

Sorry to say that if they chose the reason "it wasn't what they ordered" in the Ebay Return Request, you will be required to approve the request. The instructions are in the link I provided you already.
