Buyer wants to do local drop off for a return- can I do that?

A buyer that is somewhat local wants to return some plates she bought from me in Person rather than shipping them back. I’ve done local pickup for items people have bought, but can’t find anything about doing a return with a drop off instead of shipping. Can I do that? I don’t want to violate eBay’s policy’s but I can’t find a local return option to process her refund.

You can absolutely do that.

When the buyer drops off your item, go to your Paid and Shipped Orders.

Use the dropdown to select "Send Refund"

Use the reason "Buyer Return"
