I have a buyer who purchased five items. I sent her a combined invoice. She has not yet paid. She has now decided she does not want one of the items. I went to my seller hub, and I am trying to cancel the one item. Because it is in a combined invoice, it seems that I will have to cancel all five. Is that correct? Thank you.

You used to be able to send a new invoice excluding the item to be cancelled, but I don't know if you can do that anymore. If send invoice is an option under one of the items, see if the system will let you uncheck the item you want to exclude, then send the invoice for the remaining items.
If it lets you send an invoice excluding that item, you should then be able to cancel that one. If it won't, then it is all or nothing on the cancellation, just like after a buyer has paid.

The only way I was able to do it was to cancel the entire order, and then relist the remaining items the buyer wanted. Thank you for your assistance.
