Buyer threatened to give negative feed back if I didn’t give his money back I sold an 1886s PL unknown as uncirculated or circulated stated photos are full discription 8 in all he bought coin then said it didn’t look uncirculated to him I told him that in specifications that it’s unknown , he then started the eBay money back guarantee, which is **bleep** cause he only has to say it not have to prove it, this is a classic buyers remorse using the EBay money back gurentee the coin has tremendous luster pl fields and being an 1886s that date is notorious for weak strikes, I’m so sick of these types, another person offered 223$ for another coin I accepted. He never paid or answered any messages, but that’s ok cause EBay is for the buyer only not even tries to protect the seller; now I’ve been a long time seller and have come across at least 20 rude uncooperative, nasty buyers, no recourse by EBay for any of that, tell me community what can be done with this and how do we as sellers protect ourselves from unscrupulous non purchaser,s?

There is a big difference in the value of a coin depending on whether it is circulated or not. The buyer needs this information to make an informed decision. Similar to an appliance...you can't just say, "sold as is" or "untested." The buyer should be able to presume the item works or the coin is uncirculated.
You made an error, so don't blame it on the buyer. He has eBay's Money Back Guarantee and you agreed to abide by it when you listed your item. Invite the buyer to open a return for an item that is not as described, and refund when the item comes back to you. When you relist the coin, describe it properly.
As for non-payers... If a buyer doesn't pay within 4 days, you can cancel the transaction on day 5 using the reason that the buyer didn't pay. He will earn an unpaid item strike on his account. Two or more, and his ability to buy will be limited or even ended.

A buyer has four days to pay. If they fail, then on the fifth day, cancel the order by selecting the "unpaid" reason. The buyer will get a strike. You can then make a second chance offer the the underbidder. It costs a little time, but, fortunately, the seller has recourse here.
The conflicting "1886s PL UNC" and "circulated:unknown" introduce ambiguity. If you don't know it is uncirculated, then don't claim it in the title. I think the buyer could rightfully return for that ambiguity. It is best to stick to what is known by making the lower claims in the title and specs, while adding your own observations in the description.
To open a "not as described" return, the buyer must upload a photo of what he received. You would then have 3 days to provide a return label or offer some discount. A buyer can be reported by the seller if the buyer abuses eBay's money back guarantee, and, with too many reports, the buyer may be banned.
One concern would be that something other than what was sold might be returned. Be prepared to video the opening of the package in front of a postal employee witness if you suspect fraud. If the return is something other than what was sold, immediately report the buyer. Then contest the return through the return case or by contacting a Customer Service agent.
I suspect that more than half of the rude and uncooperative buyers expect uncooperative sellers and come on strong due to that expectation. Those can be won over with kindness and concern. The others are just lost souls that we tolerate, but they can be reported of they become abusive.
