Buyer requests return from Ebay for items that are clearly stated and/or shown in the photos

How can Ebay approve a return request from a buyer who is stating her reason is for things clearly shown in close up photos of the item and statements in the ad itself?

If the buyer used a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee when they filed the return request, you are obligated to approve the request, provide a prepaid return shipping label and issue a full refund when the returned item is delivered to you.
