Buyer receiving package

If I sell an item and do not have tracking on the package, how do I know the buyer received it?

Re: Buyer receiving package

You don't. If the buyer claims not received, you have to give a full refund.  If he doesn't, then you can assume he received it.

Coins are eligible for the eBay standard envelope label which includes limited tracking plus protection on not received claims.  Read about it here -
