I shipped the item priority mail usps, with signature confirmation and additional insurance. The buy received the item on Monday March 17, but the tracking seems to have been not updated to reflect delivery so it is stuck on “out for delivery” even though buyer has received item and already left feedback.
I don’t know how to get in touch with eBay so that they can release my funds which are on hold.
Any suggestions welcome and appreciated.

Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the order. Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. Usually that action will update the tracking with Delivered.
