Buyer put in claim item not received

The buyer put in claim item not received i sold buyer Yeezy slide bone size 7 pre owned and they where Authenticated by Ebay and sent to the buyer but the buyer put in like 3 claims on one day and Ebay sided with the Buyer and they closed the case but i have proof that Ebay Authenticated the slides and mail they off

I suggest you give ebay a phone call.

 

Customer Service on ebay.com, the USA site, is only for members located in the USA and Canada, between the hours of 5am-10pm Pacific Time. Click on HELP & CONTACT at the top right corner of most screens.  Work through the questions.  At the end you can either send a message or use the Call Me option.
