A recent buyer of a brand new item (still in original manufacturer package) we had for sale realized AFTER receiving the item, that it doesn't work for them. There were many other ads for our item and they were all identical to what our item physically looked like. They freely admit we described the item correctly, the item is brand new and it is not defective. The buyer also admitted we were not guilty of what they accused us of in the return dispute, that the item was not as described. They blame the issue on EBAY and the item manufacturer, saying the supplied info ensured the item was correct. How can EBAY give them their money back on our behalf and expect us to pay for return shipping? I know EBAY has always been biased to buyers but this is crazy! I have been an EBAY customer for 20 years and I am seriously done with them after this! We didn't even get a chance to explain our side of the situation.
