Buyer not paying, not responding on EBay, asking email contact

Buyer offered more than bid request and is acting suspiciously. Asked me to contact by email.

Any time someone
 
- offers more than your asking price
- asks you to text or call them
- asks for your paypal address
- asks for overnight shipping
- asks you to include a gift card
 
it is the start of a scam.

After 4 full days, cancel the sale as unpaid.
