Hi. New reseller here. I sold a vintage board game on 5-17 and today the buyer opened a request for a refund. Ok no biggie I’ve had a return before but this one has me baffled. Buyer is claiming never received and that the tracking number shows never shipped. I checked and the only record w the tracking number is when I printed the label the same day I sold it. I clearly remember packing this and shipping. Has anyone ever had a similar situation or any suggestions for me. TIA. 8/10 times I watch them scan pkgs and get the receipt. Looking through receipts now. I can’t recall if I did get a receipt that day or not. So confused as to why there isn’t any record of this w the post office.
