Buyer is unable to purchase an item because she bought one in January.

She did purchase one in January but I had to cancel her sale because I had a health emergency and was in the hospital and unable to fill the order.  She did receive her refund.  I just reopened and she wants to buy it and it won’t let her.  Can anyone help?

You will need to relist the item in order for the buyer to repurchase.
