Buyer hasn't received my item and no update in 10 days, International sale

My buyer reached out today to let me know they don't have their item and there have been no updates

since January 10th.  I have checked as well and not sure how I can help them with this issue. I did request updates from DHL on this shipment but what else can I do?  It is a buyer from Canada.

If you shipped this item to the eBay hub in Glendale Heights, Illinois, you should be covered by eBay. If you look at the Order Details for this transaction, it might show you the estimated delivery date from the hub to the Buyer's address in Canada. If it is past that delivery date, the Buyer needs to open an Item Not Received refund request on eBay. eBay will handle it from there.

I would think this Buyer is well aware of the Canada Postal Strike and the extreme backlog of packages that still need to be delivered since the strike ended. The USPS didn't start shipping to Canada again until January 6. 

But again, if it's past the estimated delivery date, the Buyer needs to open that request on eBay.
