Buyer has not returned my item after I already issued a refund

A buyer complained about my item, and requested a refund, which I accepted. I have yet to receive my item, it shows he never even sent it. What can i do to get my money back?

Did the buyer file a Returns Request through ebay?  If so, and you accepted the return, a prepaid shipping label would be provided to the buyer.  The other option is to refund your buyer in full.  If you refund before the label is provided, ebay takes that as you do not want the item returned, so a label is not available.  If you want the item back now, you will have to contact the buyer and send a prepaid label (outside of ebay) for the item's return.

No way, I refunded before the label was provided. So sounds like I just lost my product. Thanks though.
