I sold some real hair that was brand new still in the box. The seller said she didn't like it. So eBay went in my favor but then I received an email stating that the buyer had to send back. Which she never did. So she got my money. And the item. So I went to appeal the case and they said that the case is closed and I cannot appeal. And I cannot get a hold of an agent. I tried many numbers
