Buyer entered incorrect zip code-won't respond

Help!

 

My buyer is from the US Virgin Islands, and used an incorrect zip code for her shipping address. I tried 3 times to ship the item and eBay returned a message to me that the label could not be printed. I used the USPS zip code hookup, found the correct zip code, but when I tried to change it, eBay returned a message to me that my seller protection plan would not be covered. I have made several attempts to contact the buyer but she won't respond. The only option remaining is to cancel the order. Any advice is appreciated.

You should cancel the order as problem with buyer's address, unless you are willing to risk a not received claim that you will lose.  The buyer can not change the address.

 

Send the buyer a message explaining that you have to cancel since their zip is wrong, but you will relist and they are welcome to buy it again with the correct address.

Thank you, I did. Because she never responded to my previous messages, I didn't try again. The product was added back for me by eBay.
