Buyer did not claim an item I sent to him.

The post office left him a notice that his receptacle was full but he failed to claim the item.  The post office returned it to me as unclaimed.  Do I need to contact the buyer and if I do and he still wants the item how do I collect shipping to re-send the item?   I am assuming I will nee to purchase a new label.

You are allowed to send buyer a PayPal invoice for the cost of reshipping the item.  Or deducting the original shipping cost and only refund the item price, if they no longer want it.
