So what do you do when the buyer committed fraud (Switched the product that they claimed was faulty and sent it back as a return) and ebay backs them and not only takes the money out of your account, but tells you there is nothing that can be done? I have pics of the serial number of the item that I sent and it does not match the item that was sent back. eBay has these pics as well. I am open to suggestions.
