Buyer claimed he didn't receive an item, then after being refunded says he got the item.

Yesterday the buyer said the item showed delivered, but he didn't get it. I figured it was stolen, or misdelivered so I refunded him his money and opened a case with USPS. Now today the buyer asked me to stop the refund since he received the item as it was delivered to a nearby address and they brought it to him, but the refund already cleared.  What is the easiest way to paid for this item now?

Buyer claimed he didn't receive an item, then after being refunded says he got the item.

Have the buyer send the refund to your Paypal email address.
