I'm having a problem with a buyer. I have been buying and selling on eBay for 21 years. I had my fair share of scammers, you know buyers that pay for an item and say they never received it and want their money back. This buyer is different. She sends an offer and I accept it. Then she starts asking questions about the item measurements, are they for adults or kids. I answer the best I can. I tried giving her some friendly advice that she should ask questions about items before bidding or purchasing and she starts ranting that I ridiculed her. Says she is going to cancel the sale because of our interaction. Today is 3 days later now she paid for the item and sends me a message that she forgot to change her address and she wants the package sent to a new address. I feel a scam coming on. what should I do? May I add she has only been an eBay member for a year so?

Just explain to her that you are not able to change the address. You must ship to the address provided. Let her know that you have no problem cancelling the order for her - the choice is hers.

Thank you. That's exactly what I will do

If she leaves you negative feedback I would fight it and show the messages the buyer sent regarding the address etc.
