Buyer can't place order

Buyer sent me a message saying that when he tried to purchase an item that there were 'issues' and he could not pay for the item.  He asked me 'what's up?'.  I have no idea what is happening. How do I find out what the issue is so it can be resolved?

Tell the buyer to contact eBay via the Help &  Contact page to see "what's up".

See if the buyer's username appears on your Buyer Requirements Activity Log:

If the buyer sends you any links, do not use them; that is usually some sort of scam.
