Buyer sent me a message saying that when he tried to purchase an item
that there were 'issues' and he could not pay for the item. He asked me
'what's up?'. I have no idea what is happening. How do I find out what
the issue is so it can be resolved?
If I have chosen the "buyer pays" shipping option but I state a fixed
shipping cost, what happens to extra money if the actual shipping cost
is less than the amount paid?
