Buyer bought a return label from PO and didn't use the label from eBay.

Buyer bought a return label from Post Office and didn't use the label from eBay. Tracking not matching. eBay is showing waiting on buyer to ship. I have received the return. How to handle with eBay? Never had this happen before.

If the buyer used his own purchased label, he should have entered the tracking number into the return.  Since he did not use the label generated by ebay, there will be no charge for that label.  Contact the buyer, tell him to go to the Returns Request and enter the tracking number for the shipping label he purchased.
