Broken in shipping, but no container damage

Ok, I didn't see or notice the No return Policy, My bad.. Bought a neon sign that was packed with 1 -piece of cardboard and 1 -3/8" sheet of flimsy foam. Of course it broke in shipping ...the seller says to bad no returns. I have pictures of the shipping container with absolutely NO damage.  Anything I can do??

Yes, you can open a Return from your Purchase History for receiving an item that was damaged/not as described.

"No returns" only applies to buyer's remorse,  not damaged items (too bad for the seller now huh).

You have eBay Money Back Guarantee in this case, which overrides the seller's policy.

It doesn't matter what the outer box shows, you didn't get what your ordered.

The seller will have to provide a prepaid return label, or they can refund without a return. Watch the case timelines closely and do not let it time out or expire.
