Ok, I didn't see or notice the No return Policy, My bad.. Bought a neon
sign that was packed with 1 -piece of cardboard and 1 -3/8" sheet of
flimsy foam. Of course it broke in shipping ...the seller says to bad no
returns. I have pictures of the ship...
