Broken Item

Hello 

I ordered 2 cups, Unfortunately I received one broken!! I asked the seller to refund for broken cup he refused then I open return item through ebay to ask only for a refund he accepted to return both cups !! I want to keep the other cup but get a refund for the broken one, it’s unfair for me to pay again for the seller the amount of shipping returning back items 

please help with this

If item received is broken and you indicated this when you open a Refund Request Case, seller pays return shipping and you should have received a return shipping label.  Seller pays return shipping.  If you did not receive a return shipping label,  return to the case and escalate it to eBay for help.  You would return the unbroken cup as well.
