I recently ordered a product of a specific brand I was looking for. The pictures showed the brand on the packaging. When I got the product the brand logo was not on the packaging. Is this normal? Am I right for being concerned I received a dupe of the product?

The item you receive should match the photo and description in the listing.
If you are concerned about the non-matching item you should open a Return Request. The reason could be "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
