Bought something that doesnt match description

Want to send it back but I have not received any shipping labels. To my understanding it's up to the seller to pay for their item to be shipped back. And I have msgd them and they won't respond.  What do I do now? I don't think it's up to me to pay out of pocket to send back something that wasn't as described.. any help would be great! Thanks in advance ☺️

If an item is not as described, the buyer can file a "not as described" return within thirty days to return the item at the seller's expense for a refund.

If the seller does not provide for tracked return shipping, refund the buyer directly or refund once tracking shows the item has been returned to the seller, after three business days, the buyer can ask eBay to step in.
