Bought something that ad was wrong

Bought lug nuts from eBay seller and they only blamed me as to ad being wrong. Did a search and there ad came up and said it fit so I bought them, they were the wrong size and all they could do was blame me and never even offered a refund

Next to the listing in your Purchase History, open a return request for an item not as described. The seller will be required to provide a prepaid return label or full refund within 3 business days. If he doesn't, go back to the request and use the option to ask eBay to step in.

They are send a mailing supposed to be by 11/10/2022,thank you very much for the help.👍
