Seller did mention a tariff in advertisement until after it was shipped

Bought something that ad was wrong

Bought lug nuts from eBay seller and they only blamed me as to ad being wrong. Did a search and there ad came up and said it fit so I bought them, they were the wrong size and all they could do was blame me and never even offered a refund
