I purchased Microsoft Office 2021 and received an email to download the program. It did not download to my computer. I want the program. It has now disappeared and will not download and is no where to be found.
The Seller is not listed so I cannot contact the Seller. No program and no contact and EBAY has made it absolutely impossible to talk to them.
