I bought an item as a guest but I do have an eBay account just didn’t use it that time and it’s not coming up anywhere Because my email address is connected to my eBay account so it won’t even show but yet it has never arrived and I can’t figure out how to speak to somebody at eBay or email anybody eBay to get my money back as the seller refuses to respond
For help with a guest purchase, you must first sign out of your current eBay account, then use the "order details" link in the email that eBay sent regarding your guest order.
