Received this offer in my eBay messages the other day:

Tried to use it this morning to buy an iPhone.  Although the discount is valid thru 9/30, it stated the coupon is no longer valid!

What’s up with that??

@grandwazooski   I talked to eBay staff and unfortunately this coupon had terms that said it could be ended at anytime once the budget for the offer runs out.    I know that this is frustrating.    Here are the terms for this coupon:

That really sucks!🤬. Was looking for a refurbished iPhone on Tuesday, got the coupon Wednesday, tried to use it this morning before it expired 9/30😡!!
