Change all your passwords (eBay, email, any social media accounts linked to eBay). Consider unlinking social media accounts from eBay.
Change your eBay security questions. Make sure any contact info (email, phone number) is up to date and only you have access.
Once you are sure you can sign into every account successfully on all your devices, enable 2-factor authentication in your eBay account.
