Blocking a buyer

Hello, it is my firs time here, so this is what happened...

I sold a Baseball card to a buyer , he sent me pictures that the cardboard where the card came was all messed up. I never had any issues with my shipping and my feedback is over 18,600 and perfect. 

He threaten me to give me a negative if I do not refund.  I excused myself and sent a refund. 

When I check all the feedback he had left for others, ALL, but ALL of them are negatives.

I blocked him that he can't buy from me anymore, but I don't know if he can give me a negative.

@crazy4yunfat   The buyer could still leave a negative.    If that happens then you can try to have the AI remove it.
