Blank bidding screen

when I try to bid on an item all I get is a blank bidding screen... it will not allow me to bid on an item.... could anyone tell me what happened or how to fix it  please

Clear your cookies and cache and turn off your browser extensions as a test. Something may be blocking the bidding screen content.
