Biding

That is not a valid reason to retract your bid. Contact the seller and ask them to cancel your bid. If they refuse you will either have to pay for the auction or take an Unpaid Item Strike. Sellers can block buyers with two or more Strikes for up to a year.

Per the user agreement which you agreed to when you joined Ebay, you bid, you win, you PAY.

When you bid on or buy an item, you're agreeing to the rules we've put in place for our community. A bid is a binding contract that's active until an auction-style listing ends. Once you place a bid, you need to pay for the item if you're the winning bidder.
