Best offers and shipping

Auction style sale, buyer pays shipping, with best offer available. Previously it would come up with offer amount and + shipping amount.  IE: $10 offer + $10 shipping. Now offer just shows $10. How can I make certain, prior to accepting offer, that buyer is also going to pay shipping? Thanks so much.

eBay's Offer flow is ONLY for the item Price, shipping is separate and the Buyer will see that when they check out after accepting the Offer or you send the invoice for an accepted offer.  

I don't use Best Offer, all it does is drive the price down.
