Below standard performance

Got this new rating .  Makes no sense . Seems like they have the wrong person . 5 items noted .  3 say I canceled a sale bc I was out of stock .  NEVER have done that . On these items have always had extra stock .  2 items the buyer said they did not receive item .  I had the post office proof and tracking that showed items were delivered.  Called 2 ebay phone numbers 5 times but could not talk to a human and eventually these numbers just hang up on me .  Get ebay messages saying these items can not be appealed .  I do everything correctly and here I am at age 88 with nowhere to go .

Re: Below standard performance

Hi @nicholgdn

The two transactions where the Buyers claimed through eBay that they did not receive their items means you probably did not have tracking on eBay, you only had tracking with the Post Office which to eBay is meaningless.  If you printed your labels through eBay tracking is automatically uploaded to the sold files for YOUR protection.  You have to upload tracking to the claim for protection, otherwise eBay will refund the Buyer if you have no proof through eBay that the items were delivered and you get those strikes on your account.

Do you share your account with someone else who may have cancelled the other 3 transactions without you knowing it?  The Cancellation process requires specific steps to be taken by an eBay Seller so it is hard for that to happen as an accident.

Re: Below standard performance

You cannot call ebay.  Where did you find the number?  You have to have them call you.

You can go to your Seller Dashboard and click on the metrics that are below standard and get details as to which items caused the defect.
