Being scammed often here ebay needs to screen sellers. Im about to the point to just delete ebay

I'm tired of being scammed by sellers. I pay in good faith and get run around gotta wait to get my money back. I'm about over ebay this happens way too often.

What kind of scams?

Do you check Sellers' Feedback before buying to see if other Buyers have had similar issues with them?
