eBay can't seem to verify my bank account after being a seller for almost 15 years, and are holding my sales $ of $755. I have gone through the bank verification process 3 times, talked with 3 different "associates" and now they have frozen my account so I can't even list anything. This has been going on for weeks now. Is anyone else having problems like this with eBay?

eBay has two methods for "verifying" a bank account, which means they want to make sure that you have access to your account, and that eBay has access to your account to both deposit and withdraw funds.
The first method is to use a third-party login service that allows you to directly log into your online account and give access to eBay in doing so.
The second method (which I used for an account that is not online) is to ask eBay to send micro deposits to your account, where you may be asked to verify the amount of the deposits.
Have you performed either of these two steps?
The other part of verification is your identity. Your bank account and your eBay account must have the same name, including middle initial or name, if any. The middle initial or name would be placed on the "first name" line of your eBay account, along with your first name, if your bank account is titled that way.
Your domicile address on your bank account and your eBay registered address must match and must be formatted the same way (and must be a physical address, not a po box), regardless of the billing address used by your bank or by eBay (remember, bots are doing the matching and they aren't as clever as the programmers would like to think).
Your SSN must match on both accounts.
Have you received any indication of what part of the process has failed?
As a last resort, if your bank is a credit union or other institution that can not support ACH transfers, you can open a new bank account that matches the information you have provided to eBay and try again with the new bank account.
And in worst case, your state has a 5-year escheatment law so that in five years, eBay must surrender the funds to your state where you can then collect from the state.
