Bait and switch seller

I ordered a VIZIO remote control, after comparing my damaged remote that came with VIZIO TV and the picture of the VIZIO remote that was being sold.  Instead, I received a basic, generic remote that can't adjust contrast, or any other settings.
I have tried for 3 days to contact seller but messages aren't going thru.

You can go through the Return Request process.

Go to your My Ebay page >> Purchase History >> find the item, then click on "Return item" in the drop down menu on the right. Follow the instructions, make sure you specify the reason why you are returning the item. You should be provided with a return shipping label. If not, a few days later you can return to your Return Request details and click on the link to have Ebay step in to help you.
