Bad cellphone

I buy e few months before a cellphone Note U21 with battery 5000 mAh, and the battery is dead. IMPOSSIBLE to found a new battery for the phone, very bad phone and battery. The seller don’t exist at this time. Very bad experience for a e-bay buyer.

How many months ago did you purchase the phone? Was it new or used? Was it shipped directly to you in Panama or did you use a reshipper?
